1. What does the DROPweight 3+One Food Pack consist of?
DROPweight Shakes, Soups and Bars together with DROPweight Multivitamins and your +One meal provide on average, 850 calories a day and at least 100% of the recommended daily allowances (RDA) for vitamins and minerals, as well as protein, fats and a small amount of suitable carbohydrates. The DROPweight Programme gets you quickly into a safe, fat burning mode. You will see the results and so will your friends, family and colleagues.
2. What can I eat for my +ONE meal?

4. Does the daily recommended 2.5 litres of water include tea, coffee and the water used to make the soups and shakes?
We recommend the 2.5 litres of water should be taken throughout the whole day and does include any tea or coffee that you drink. However it does not include the water used to make up the soups and shakes.
5. Can I drink diet fizzy drinks?
On the DROPweight programme we require you to drink 2.5 litres of water per day. Diet fizzy drinks can cause bloatedness, deydration and water retention siwe recommend you just stick to water. If you want variety you can use our specially formulated water flavourings to add flavour if required.
6. Can I add milk to my tea or coffee?
Yes you can. We require you to have half a pint of skimmed milk a day on the DROPweight programme.
7. Is the DROPWeight Programme expensive?
